Steph and Alan welcome you to Grove Barn Bed and Breakfast.
This "adult only" Bed and Breakfast Barn conversion is set in the idyllic rural village of Denton, close to the Waveney Valley and on the Norfolk / Suffolk border.
This Norfolk Barn B&B comprises of three luxury en-suite bedrooms.
Just 10 minutes from the historic market towns of Harleston and Bungay and surrounded by picturesque countryside, this is the perfect location for activities or a relaxing get-away.
Free parking is available.




OUR ROOMS
All our rooms are luxury en-suite with TV and WiFi.
We have two double rooms with king-sized beds and one twin room.
Please note, all rooms and courtyard are non-smoking.
Check in is between 17:00pm-20:00pm.
Breakfast is served between 8:00am and 10:00am
We are an "adult only" bed and breakfast.
We are unable to accept pets.
WHAT WE OFFER
Country Retreat
Picturesque rural surroundings, abundant wildlife including deer, rabbits, hares and birds of prey. There is plenty of open countryside - great for walkers, with many public foot paths and bridle paths if you like a ramble.
We also have great cycle routes along the quiet country lanes.
We are still only a short distance to local towns, shops and restaurants found in nearby Harleston, Bungay and Beccles. .
Breakfast
Included with every room, our delicious breakfasts cater to all, whether you want a traditional English breakfast, cereal, fresh fruits or continental. Our cured bacon and Norfolk sausage supplier is Pepperells and our free range egg supplier is
Courtyard
Sit in the charming courtyard garden of this rural retreat and enjoy the radiant colours and scents of the many flowers and trees. If you listen carefully you will hear the song thrush or possibly the odd horse or tractor ambling by.
Guests are welcome to enjoy their breakfast in the courtyard during the summer months.




SEE AND DO
Flint Vineyard and Ampersand micro-brewery are less than a mile down the road producing local beers and wines. They offer year round guided tours and tasting days.
Very popular with our guests, this 15th century pub and restaurant serves delicious seasonal food and a range of ales, wines ciders - just 10 minutes in the car from us. Highly recommended!
Visit the awe-inspiring Anglo-Saxon royal burial site as featured in the recently released Netflix film The Dig. One of the greatest archaeological discoveries of all time - right here in Suffolk!
Explore the rich aircraft history of the Eastern counties. Over 60 aircraft displays both inside and out along with interactive artefacts and archaeology exhibits. Less than 10 minutes away, on the other side of the River Waveney.
The quaint market town of Beccles offers a number of boat hire services from canoeing to coastal tours to day boat hire. Why not travel down the Waveney River and visit the numerous pubs?
Bressingham Steam & Gardens is a steam museum and gardens located at Bressingham, west of Diss in Norfolk, England. The site has several narrow gauge rail lines and a number of types of steam engines and vehicles in its collection and is also the home of a Dad's Army exhibition
